The manufacturing, fabrication and assembly plant is in a 23,000 sq. ft. facility adjacent to C.R. 44 in Eustis, Florida. Our location provides easy access from the Florida interior and the coast, from Florida to South Carolina and west to Louisiana. With access from

I-75, I-95, I-4 and the Florida Turnpike, the company is in the center of a major southern trade center. ICS is within proximity of two major seaports on the east coast, and two on the west coast, allowing access to the world.

ICS's unique regional market contains the commercial, vacation, residential and retirement areas of Interior Florida, and the Coastal regions. ICS is positioned, with a superior product, to service consumers with kit homes, structural building panels, and product specific panels shell packages. ICS is prepared to deliver product locally, regionally, nationally and offshore with a product mix that fits many building situations.
